Dual Inverter Error Code


Error Code = F1
Main fault = Telecommunication Fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if telecommunication wire loose or cut
2. Check if the wire connecting way is right (same as the diagram)
3. Check if part of the PCB board damage
4. Check if the ground wire connected correctly
5. Check if the unit been affected by the other possible power interference.


Error Code = F2
Main fault = Room temp.sensor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the resistance is abnormal, if so , change the sensor .
2. Check if the sensor short cut,if the plug connected well,and if there is any loose weld on PCB board and repair.
3. If both the above mentioned is ok, it is possible the kit or integrated part damaged, change the PCB board


Error Code = F3
Main fault = Indoor fan coil out air sensor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the resistance is abnormal, if so , change the sensor
2. Check if the sensor short cut,if the plug connected well,and if there is any loose weld on PCB board and repair
3. If both the above mentioned is ok, it is possible the kit or integrated part damaged, change the PCB board


Error Code = F3
Main fault = Indoor fan coil out air sensor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the resistance is abnormal, if so , change the sensor
2. Check if the sensor short cut,if the plug connected well,and if there is any loose weld on PCB board and repair.
3. If both the above mentioned is ok, it is possible the kit or integrated part damaged, change the PCB board


Error Code = F3
Main fault = Indoor fan coil middle point sensor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the resistance is abnormal, if so , change the sensor
2. Check if the sensor short cut,if the plug connected well,and if there is any loose weld on PCB board and repair.
3. If both the above mentioned is ok, it is possible the kit or integrated part damaged, change the PCB board


Error Code = F4
Main fault = PG Fan motor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1.Check if the motor wire connect well with the plug .
2.Check if the indoor motor work well or any damage
3.Check if the silicon control or relevant kit have the damage or not, if so,change the indoor electric board or silicon board
(4) check if the blower works well , if not , refix the blower.


Error Code = FA
Main fault = Wall thermostat and indoor board telecommunication fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the wall thermostat connect well
2. Check if the wall thermostat short cut or loose
3. Check if the wire connect well with the thermostat


Error Code = P2
Main fault = Ourdoor inverter modual protection fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the compressor wire connect well
2.Check if the IPM modual connect well with the radiator
3.Check if the compressor works ok ,if not , change the compressor
4.Check if the IPM modual works correct, if not,change the IPM modual


Error Code = P3
Main fault = Over input of AC current of outdoor unit
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1.Check if the environmental temp. higher or lower than the unit working temp. range
2.Check if the current detection loop is abnormal , if so, change the PCB board


Error Code = P4
Main fault = Overheat of the compressor exhaust air, environmental temp too high ,compressor shell temp.switch off,modual temp. too high, and.
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1.Check if the unit working pressure is normal , can feel by hand, if abnormal , charge the refrigerant
2.If the environmental temp.too high or too low , when it is (T>-20,T<55), the code will disappear automatically .
3.Check if the compressor temp.switch damage or not , if not , pls change .


Error Code = P7
Main fault = DC current wire voltage of outdoor unit abnormal
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1.Check if the power supply is between 150~270V
2.Check if IPM voltage testing loop abnormal , if so, change it or PCB board


Error Code = P8
Main fault = Gas shortage or reverse valve fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the high&low valve open, if not , pls open
2.Check if the indoor fan coil temp.sensor work ok , if not ,change it .
3.Check if the fan coil sensor not in the right position
4.Check if the system pressure abnormal , if so, charge the gas
5.If all the above mention are ok , change the outdoor PCB board .


Error Code = F6
Main fault = Outdoor sensor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1. Check if the resistance is abnormal, if so , change the sensor
2. Check if the sensor short cut,if the plug connected well,and if there is any loose weld on PCB board and repair.
3. if both the above mentioned is ok, it is possible the kit or integrated part damaged, change the PCB board


Error Code = FF
Main fault = Outdoor fan motor fault
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1.Motor fault, check the resistance between the motor terminal, if short cut, motor inside circuit must breakdown ,change the motor .
2.Check the motor terminal voltage VCC(15Vdc), Vdm(340Vdc), if abnormal , change the PCB board.
3.IF motor terminal voltage ok, Vsp voltage (0~5v) ok, then must be the motor damage, change the motor .


Error Code = FC
Main fault = Outdoor drive fault or compressor start up failure
The possible reason and how to solve the problem =
1.Power off and then power on, check if the compressor work correctly
2.Check if the compressor wire connect correctly
3.Check if the kit of board damage
4.Check if the IPM board connect well with the main board
