PRE-START ALERTS: These alerts only delay start-up. When alert is corrected, the start-up will continue. No reset is necessary

ICVC FAULT STATE = 100
PRIMARY MESSAGE = PRESTART ALERT
SECONDARY MESSAGE = STARTS LIMIT EXCEEDED
PRIMARY CAUSE = 100→Excessive compressor starts (8 in 12 hours).
ADDITIONAL CAUSE/REMEDY = Depress the RESET softkey if additional start is required. Reassess start-up requirements.

ICVC FAULT STATE = 101
PRIMARY MESSAGE = PRESTART ALERT

Check oil heater for proper operation.
Check for low oil level, partially closed oil supply valves, clogged oil filters.
Check the sensor wiring and accuracy.

PRIMARY CAUSE = 124→Run Capacity Limited: Manual Guide Vane Target.
ADDITIONAL CAUSE/REMEDY = Target Guide Vane Position has been forced in the COMPRESS screen. Select and RELEASE force to return to normal (automatic) operation.

ICVC FAULT STATE = 125

SECONDARY MESSAGE = EXCESSIVE RECYCLE STARTS
PRIMARY CAUSE = 152→Excessive recycle starts.
ADDITIONAL CAUSE/REMEDY = Chiller load is too low to keep compressor on line and there has been more than 5 starts in 4 hours.
Increase chiller load, adjust hot gas bypass, increase RECYCLE RESTART DELTA T from SETUP1 Screen.

ICVC FAULT STATE = 153
PRIMARY MESSAGE = no message: ALERT only
SECONDARY MESSAGE =  no message: ALERT only
PRIMARY CAUSE = 153→Lead/Lag Disabled- Config: Duplicate Chiller Address.
ADDITIONAL CAUSE/REMEDY = Illegal chiller address configuration in Lead/Lag screen. Both chillers require a different address.

ICVC FAULT STATE = 154
PRIMARY MESSAGE = POTENTIAL FREEZE-UP
SECONDARY MESSAGE = COND PRESS/TEMP TOO LOW
PRIMARY CAUSE = 154→Condenser freeze up prevention.
ADDITIONAL CAUSE/REMEDY =
The condenser pressure transducer is reading a pressure that could freeze the condenser tubes.
Check for condenser refrigerant leaks.
Check fluid temperature.
Check sensor wiring and accuracy.
Place the chiller in PUMPDOWN mode if the vessel is evacuated.

† Alarm fault. This type of fault is a sign of unusual operating condition. It does not caue the drive to stop, nor does it require any special actions. The alarm fault remains in the display for ~30 seconds.
NOTES:
1. ICVC fault in ( ) indicates fault shown when Auto-restart is enabled.
2. When the ICVC Fault State is 206 the fault code must be read from the drive keypad or with the 9000X software tool.
